  Carefully pack the camera, lens, or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all included film, batteries, and manuals are present to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to the Lab

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our Brooklyn headquarters.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
